AllClear Aerospace & Defense Appoints Marin Rosich as Director of Sales, Europe

AllClear Aerospace & Defense today announced the appointment of Marin Rosich as Director of Sales, Europe. Rosich brings 25 years of experience leading global sales and market expansion across commercial and military aviation markets worldwide.

Global Sales and Military Aerospace Leadership

Rosich joins AllClear from RH Aero Systems, where he served as Regional Director for the Middle East, Africa, and India. In this role, he led a regional aerospace tooling business, driving growth across commercial and defense markets while strengthening OEM and MRO partnerships. He expanded regional relationships and introduced tailored sales and support solutions aligned to customer requirements.

Prior to RH Aero Systems, Rosich held senior leadership roles across the aerospace industry, including President and CEO of SN Aviation, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at AAR Aircraft and Engine Sales & Leasing, and Sales Director at GE Aviation. Throughout his career, he has built strong, long-term relationships with OEMs and military customers, executing global sales strategies and supporting complex engine service and aftermarket programs.

Rosich brings extensive experience navigating international defense procurement processes, structuring complex agreements, and aligning regional strategies with customer requirements across Europe and allied markets.

Rosich holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He is fluent in English and a native speaker of Serbian, Croatian, and Bosnian, with working knowledge of several additional European languages.
